Debonairs Dobsonville Terrible service

I placed an online order for the on the double feast at 15:32, I tried to call the store to change one of the sides .

After 30 minutes of tracking the order I decided to call the store to check how far it is , I called the numerous times only for someone to pickup the call say something in Tawana or is it Pedi and hang up I did this for almost 1hour twenty minutes .

When the driver finally arrived at 17:02 , the dot on the box was completely black and I refused to pay for the order as per your quality promise at Debonairs .

He went on to insult me in what ever language he was speaking and mentioned that he would get me arrested .

I offered my phone to him to contact his manager so I can speak to him and he refused and carried on to insult me .

I am very disappointed ,I somehow always recieve the worst service at Debonairs and Steers in Dobsonville and this is the last time I purchase anything from this branch .
