Debonairs Dobsonville Disgusting Service.

I have made a few orders with Debonairs Pizza Dobsonville for delivery and theres always drama with my orders. The last order I placed on the 25 April 2018 at 18:43 for a Triple decker pizza and Paid online R149.00 An hour later the pizza was still not delivered. I contacted the store and I was told that my order wasn’t put through, I asked for fhe order to be canceled and my money refunded, I was told this will be actioned. 2 days later I called again and I was told that I’ll Be refunded within 2 days. It’s been almost 2 weeks now, after calling the store, calling customer care, tweeting the page, and the online chat I still have not received my refund. I’m always told that it’s been investigated and someone will contact me but that never happens. This is the utmost bad service I receive from the store continuously. I’m tired of even contacting the store cause no one has solutions. I’ve given all information and still no solution.

I’LL NEVER EVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE AGAIN. ABSOLUTE DISGUSTING SERVICE.
