Debonairs disaster.

Hi, so it is currently 21:49 and I'm on hello peter writing a review about a very disappointing experience I've had with debonairs klipfontein road and the call centre for the last 2 hours. I placed my order at 19:57, called 30 mins ago to find out where my order is. I spoke to a girl named Shumeez who was very sarcastic and of no help, basically ***********. I was told my order wasn't placed, which I understood, so my next question was "do you think this is acceptable?" And her response was "obviously not Mam". My next question was, what are you going to do about the situation as it is already late and we haven't had supper yet, she advised that she would call the manager because she does not see my name on the "directory". (My cousin placed the order and had lost all patience at this point as she is pregnant). So I took the initiative to take over the order. My cousin is on the phone at the moment and we are still being told they cannot find the order. Which is totally absurd and unacceptable. We will now have to drive all the way to the store to have it collected, we opted for a delivery for convenience and all we've been experiencing is inconvenience.
