Debonairs disappointment

Placed an order on the 01st of May 2020 with the Mount Edgcombe branch, received no response from anyone at the store, tried calling on numerous occasions and spoke to a few consultants over the telephone but still no one has got back to me. I asked for a store credit or for the funds to be returned to my account but still received no response. I would appreciate if someone could inform me of what's happening withy credit.
