Debonairs Diepkloof Square

I ordered a pizza at debonairs Diepkloof Square in Soweto on the 04th Jan 2022 using my app it was a meaty triple decker for R169 on special and a small pizza chicken and mushroom double stack the total amount was R234.70 including delivery fee which amounts to R10 delivery to my surprise when I received my order the total amounted to R249.70 and when I check the slip I was charged twice for delivery an extra R15 which I was not happy about cause it made me to be above my budget it was not what I budgeted for it was very inconvenient for me looking at the balance that I had.I'm writing this because I'm frustrated at the fact that whoever was capturing this did it for her/his gain or I was just ****** my R15 when I opened the pizza it was not appetizing at all it had dry mince nd it was very very dry the sauces were not enough as I thought it would be the slices were even coming off from the base.I was actually trying my luck cause I hade a bad experience with the store before and I was doing my orders in a different store so I thought let me just see if there's any improvement and I was so dissapointed with the results again I never complained at first but now I just thought I should myb this will improve their client service and provide juicy saucey 🍕pizza.
