Debonairs Delmas - very bad service

The service at the Delmas Debonairs is pathetic, they treat clients like they are doing them a favor. I have ordered online around 18:45 and went to collect at 19:10 when I got there i paid and waited until 19:50 where I noticed a guy behind me walking out with his pizza. They give people they know or who are promising them coldrink their order before people that are in front of them. how can such a big company do something like that? this is despite the fact that I orderd online and was informed my order was only received at 19:10 and they were still working on it at 19:50 where else people that were behind me got theirs. everyone was really not happy and it looks like it is what they do give you your order because they know you and you promise them cold drink before people that came first.

this is totally bad and unfair, the lady working in front should be moved to assist at the back and get a person that has moral and good standing in front to ensure the business run and not friendship.
