Debonairs Delmas

We called at 19h20 to Debonairs Delmas, they said it will take 15minutes we came from out of town...then when we arrived at 19h40 they said it will take 40 minutes which is totally unacceptable. The manager said that there is too many orders before you...you should have come in and order? They didn't know on the phone that we have orders before you. Why do they take orders on the phone then??? How do they manage this Debonairs??? It's ridiculous...everyone treats you like you are difficult...but on the phone they said 15 minutes...then don't take orders on the phone if your branch is ***********?
