Debonairs delivery takes 2 Hours & 35 minutes!!!!!!!

Ordered 17:40 (and was told it would take 30-40 minutes) and after NUMEROUS calls without any answer, only received it at 20:15 - TWO HOURS AND THIRTY FIVE MINUTES LATER!!

The driver had the audacity to refuse giving me the pizza unless I pay first...with a three and four year old screaming of hunger!!

Pizza was cold and I paid for extra Spare rib wich was not added!!!!

Sick and tired of Debonairs Service. The driver accuses the shop, the shop accuses the call centre - GET A GRIP and take responsibility!!!!

I expect a refund or a replacement of the meal! Please contact me ASAP!!!
