Debonairs delivery sucks!!!!!!

It is a shame you can't give less than one star! I would have given it half a star if I could!!

I downloaded the app and tried to place an order, but it kept on saying that the store is offline. I then phoned the store closest to me and placed my order. All good. Then, 5 minutes later the lady phones me back, informing me that they don't have any electricity at the moment... Hello?! Did you not know that when you took my order?? But okay, let's just order at a different store. Placed my order via the app to the second closest store. I ordered a Meaty Triple Decker and a Death By Chocolate. Order went through at 08:18. Good now we wait.

And wait

And wait

And wait

Eventually, I phone them asking them where in the inprocess my pizza is. The lady phones me back, informing me that the store is just waiting on the delivery vehicle to come in, and that the next outgoing vehicle will contain my pizza and desert.

Wait some more...

Finally! After 45 minutes of trying to place an order and another 1.5h of waiting... My food arrives!

But.... The pudding looks like chocolate cake with melted watery chocolate poured over it!!!? NOT WORTH R45 AT ALL!!!!!!

At least I got something to eat, right?!... But not my kids!!!!!! They have fallen asleep already by the time the food arrived!!! WITH EMPTY TUMMIES!!!! :-(

So so SO DISGUSTED with my experience with debonairs! Definitely will not try that again any time soon... ?
