Debonairs delivery service is bad

Can I rate Alex mall half star . I ordered on line at 14h14 and two hours later I called to find out where my order is , was put thru the driver who didn't answer 10 min later the driver called me and he disconnected called and gave him directions to my place , he didn't come 20 min later called again and the guy hung up on my ear, I called again witness answered at least he was helpful by trying to call the driver and find out where he is , then the driver came , hai Shem the service is so bad
