Debonairs Delivery Service

I ordered 2 large pizzas at debonairs macassar which ironically is just 1 minute away from where I live it literally took 2hours I phoned the store to find out where my orders are just for them to inform me that it will take another 15 to 20minutes and they will call me back as soon as possible I had the opportunity to speak to Pearl an agent who supposedly is calling me back to be in touch this is such an disappointing experience hence the reason me and my family never order from debonairs they are advertising quick delivery but that is just the opposite poor poor poor poor service
