Debonairs delivery nightmare

I ordered pizza at 18:44 from Kimberly Debonairs long street , it’s almost 3 hours the pizza is still not here , when I call they don’t answer the phone, this is surely the worst Debonairs in Kimberley, I have actually never had a pleasant experience with them that time they charge us a whole R35 for delivery . No man this is ridiculous!at this point I don’t think the pizza is ever gonna get delivered.
