Debonairs Delivery Failure
Ordered a Large triple decker pizza, delivery guy phoned me and I just missed him. I try dialing him 50 times before he picks up the phone. I ask the man(Frankie) where my pizza is and he ends the call. I try phoning him again 50 times and he keeps ignoring the call.
This is completely unacceptable, now I have no food and the shop is closed so I can't even follow up.
Absolutely absurd that you would completely ignore a customer.

27 Jul 2020, 19:41I finally get a hold of the delivery guy after another 20 attempts, his reply: "Oh no I already knocked off." - Pizza not delivered coz he refused to answer a phone.
