Debonairs delivery drivers - wreckless and endangerment on the roads

Last week Wednesday 1 June 2022 one of the drivers from Debonairs Bedfordview decided to drive into my car. No turn signals turning left and suddenly deciding to turn right straight into my car. My car was smashed and the Motorbike was still in its original condition. I checked the guy asked him if I should call an ambulance or take him to the doctor but him being a foreigner he said no he’s fine. The next day we contacted the franchise manager because of the fact that it’s their drivers fault their insurance could at least pay my excess which isn’t a lot to ask. This man Suluman also a foreigner was rude and said he refuses to pay for anything I can be lucky his driver was still alive. Please note that I was driving 60- 70km/h and he accelerated directly into my cars left fender smashing my side mirror and my fender with his bike tyre. Most of the Debonairs drivers are wreckless on the roads I don’t think this incident should go without consequences. It is unfair. I’m not asking for much just that he be held accountable for his actions!!
