Debonairs Deliveries Take Hours

Several weeks ago I placed an order with Deugulethu Gugulethu. An hour later my order had not been delivered and to make matters worse, nobody bothered to inform of any situation. . . I then decided to give them a call. The young man who answered told me the delivery s****** was broken but couldn't explain why wasn't my order cancelled or why wasn't I informed of the delay. Instead he decided to make another 30- minute promise which he failed to keep. Again, to add injury to insult, he decided not to call me and keep me in the loop! I eventually had to pay a neighbour to go collect it. I then decided to write a complaint to the head office, hoping for some explanation. That was also ignored. I wrote them twice about this incident and waited for a response for weeks yet they still couldn't be bothered with this. It seems to be company culture.
