Debonairs Delft

I just received the worst service at Debonairs Delft. I made a phone order for collection at 16:11 and I was advised by Precious that it would take 20 minutes for the order to be ready. I got there I had to wait for another 30 minutes to receive my order. Clive the manager at the store didn't even acknowledge me when I told him I've been waiting for a very long time.
