Debonairs Dawnpark ****

Very furious customer! For the 2nd time I order pizza and get undelivered from Debonairs Dawnpark. Today at 16h30 I placed an online order and made payment. I received a confirmation . At 17h00 I made a follow up and Im told that it should take an hour to deliver. After another hour they tell me they have been trying to get hold of me and suprissingly all my details are on the order. They ask for my delivery address which is also on my order. Now the 3rd hour has gone passed and my children have gone asleep with dissappointment. Im nit even receiving a courtesy call for any explanation. Im extremely disappointed at this poor service for the second time. Meanwhile I could arrange another supper for my children but Debonairs took my money snd left us starving for the night. We cant even track the order coz the app is all of a sudden unavailable. Really Debonairs ? Have you now become a ****????
