Debonairs Dainfern- Horrible Service

I ordered from Debonairs Dainfern. The driver called and advised me that he won’t come in the gate, he then passed the phone a lady and she then said they can’t come in. As I was advising on how they can get in, I heard the driver saying ‘I’m not going in cause I have too many orders’. The lady hung up and never called again. Unfortunately I went out to the gate and guess what... the driver left my pizza as mine was going to cost him a lot of time. When I called head office they said they’ll send me a case number, which I’m still waiting for and all I want is my pizza. This is a second incident at this place and I’m a regular debonairs customer, the unfortunate part is I decided to overlook the fact that the first time I ordered I got rotten Cheese grillers and that was never addressed. I don’t think they need my support and I’ll find a different debonairs to order from. This is bad service indeed.
