Debonairs Customer Serviced Gets It Right

I would like to commend Debonairs staff especially Raven of Customer care for attending to my complaint. While neighbours in my area could order online my address was excluded from the delivery grid. After a few weeks of deliberation with concerned parties and the inclusion of manageress Nichol from Amanzimtoti pizza the problem was resolved. I have to say Raven was dedicated and determined to reach a conclusion. I was particularly surprised and impressed by the constant updates by Raven. He also ensured that I received a call from manageress Nichol at the onset and when the matter was resolved. Thank you Raven and Nichol
