debonairs customer service is the worst

pathetic service that I received and when I called the call center, my goodness I'm not sure if the calls are recorded as I was spoken to as if I'm their next door neighbor, and the call just gets transferred without you being advised, i ordered a pizza and had to follow it up for 2 hours and still I had not received my order, then I spoke to Phindile from the call center, without warning as I'm explaining my frustration, she just transferred me to a number that just rang till I got disconnected, if you guys open a call center, then please do not hire people that feel like you need to beg for their assistance as a paying customer or maybe its debonairs culture to treat the, i ordered the pizza at 12:50 *** and guess what, at 4pm I was still asking where my order is.
