Debonairs customer service is free like they delivery -- Poor

I called into the phoenix plaza branch to place a order for the special to 2 large pizza--the flavours was bbq macon & bbq chicken--order was taken and was advised it will be 1 hour-so I called in around 30 mins to check if order left the lady says order has left-- I called back after 40 mins because it was gone over 1 hr now --only to be told that's there flavour of topics I requested they didn't have--so when iasked her why was i told that the order was sent --the lady says the staff is new she didn't know--i didn't receive a call from debonairs care department saying they escalated to higer management but up until till today i have not received a call yet --it been well over 6 months- it really sad because i am or was a regular customer
