Debonairs **** customer service

What **** service from debonairs Bluewater bay. Not only did they take 3 hrs to not deliver but the people we spoke to have no idea what customer service or how to speak on the phone. Spoke to mzi who apparently is shift supervisor and they seriously s****ped the bottom of the barrel when they hired him. I have never spoken to a more useless individual. We ordered through the app and call the store to confirm delivery but 3 hrs later we have no pizzas for the kids. It's was just 2 real deals that's all. After speaking to this useless , we requested the manager or owners number which he then proceeded to put the phone down in my ear. I will never use them again. As a resident of Bluewater bay I'm disgusted that we have a store that doesn't value their customers. Bring a Roman's or pizza hut to Bluewater bay, they tastier anyway.
