Debonairs' ****py Service

Well I feel that Debonairs should be forthcoming with their customers. They've advised that delivery could take up to 90min but having to wait for 20min more than the advised time is ****py service. So Why'd they introduce the hot or not dot? Clearly my orders not hot when it gets here. Calling their branch and trying to figure out where my order is and having one of their consultants tell that they'll "check on it" as they don't know where the driver is, is even more infuriating. And while writing this review, my order still hasn't arrived!
