I tried to order for deliver before the window for doing that was open. My order was taken n when I revealed where I lived (which is less than a 10 minute drive) I was told deliveries to my area stopped 2 hours before the others. I basically live on pizza so I knew this to b false. While I was speaking to the woman on the phone the driver came in. I knew this becoz I heard them talking over the phone. She revealed to him the situation n he refused to make the delivery (not that she was actually asking him to). What I know abt ordering for delivery is that u cannot do it once the allocated time has passed. While I cut it close by ordering 10 minutes before, the pizza cud have been made and delivered before closing time. And if this is truly impossible then cut out the false advertising. Tell us we can only order up until a certain time and actually be accurate! My airtime ran out while I was being given the runaround so I didn't get to mention that while mistakes happen I would not accept the burnt brick they sent me on my previous or. They had not disappointed me before so I let it slide. The tellers and the driver may claim ignorance but the kitchen staff clearly knew they were sending sumthing that was barely edible. U cud tell on first sight it was burnt. I luv pizza. I'm not abt to quit it becoz sum ppl think actually doing they're jobs is inconvenient. I'd appreciate the company taking measures here.
