Debonairs Cosmo City online order

I’d like to express my disappointment with cosmo city online delivery service. Very bad! Waited for 2 hours for my order which never arrived.

The customer care promised to escalate and get the “STORE MANAGER” to call me back. This never happened. Refund never recieved. I should’ve checked reviews before ordering because their reviews keep complaining about the same store about their delivery system that is a fail. Debonairs by now should’ve done something about it because it’s been repeatedly happening. This is very bad and I suggest that you don’t order from them using their delivery system!

They will tell you that the store manager will contact you about your refund. This is a trend and a pattern and why is this still the same response to customers ??? Very bad.
