Debonairs Corlett Drive - Worst service ever......

Ordered 2 pizzas, driver calls to confirm address after 5 min of placing the order. Pizza arrives over an 1hr later, tried to call in the interim to find out where the delay was over 6 times, to no avail. Driver arrives late, black dots on pizza box but insisted pizza is still warm. Policy does not exist late delivery and cold. No bill from driver etc. Phoned call centre today to report incident, another issue to get through, once i got through they logged my complaint and send me a ref no. Waited the whole day for feedback, then a store manager in another province calls me with the wrong contact name. Phoned the call centre again and still waiting for some explaination. The worst service ever.
