Debonairs conned me and neglected my complaint

I placed on order in the 27/01 at 5:30 and the delivery arrived after 2 hours and when the driver arrived the pizza was cold and I requested it be free but he refused. His card machine was off and he asked to transfer the money to him via Capitec app voucher. I transferred R100 and the pizza was R94 and got no change. What makes me angry is that the Capitec app charges were R7.50 for that transaction so I was left out of pocket. I logged a complaint on Twitter and was given case number CAS-***-Y7X9R4 and I have had no contact from Gugulethu Debonairs. I will not be conned by a Company. Please assist in following up.
