Debonairs Chuma mall

I went to Debonairs pizza at diepsloot Chuma mall, now the stores operating hours commence from 09:00 to 21:00 I got there at exactly 09:15 and I was told that the store is not open yet I then went on to order a “collection” order on the app. I went to the store 45 minutes later and they haven’t even started with my order . This has me questioning the stores consumer policies oh and the staff was just rude
