Debonairs Chatsworth Plaza - utterly useless!!

I had placed an order on the app at the Chatsworth Plaza branch on the 25th of February 2022 and was deducted however, the order was not processed. I then contacted the call centre and was told I would receive a refund within 3-5 business days which never happened. When I called the store I was told the money was never received and that I should confirm with the bank which I have done and have received confirmation that there was no refund received. I have emailed the complaint centre and received no response and have now contacted the store which I cannot get a hold of. I then tried the contact centre only to have the call disconnected every time I get through to a call centre agent. The service and lack of feedback is utterly DISGUSTING!!! It is now the 14th of March with no feedback or response and I have to run around trying to find someone to assist with a system failure that should never have occurred. I will NEVER order from the branch again!
