Debonairs Chatsworth Plaza - Horrible qualify of pizzas - Burnt and Dry pizzas Served

Hello Peter , i did an online purchase for 2 large real deals pizza at DebonairS Chatsworth plaza on the 8 January 2023 with order number ***2 @ 13:50. I collected the pizza at around 14:40 and made instore payment. when i took the pizza home the pizza was in terrible burnt dry condition. the store had kept the pizza in the warmer at incorrect temperature resulting in the pizza warmer drying up the pizza. I could not consume the pizza and was an effort for me to take back into store due to me leaving for work.

I did manage to send customer care photos and emails on the same day explaining the horrible qualify of food provided.

that meal was a meal for kids whom did not get to eat the pizza due to such horrible tasting and looking pizzas supp**** by chatsworth plaza.

I did call the branch and ask for manager but manager was not available.

i have been sending customer care multiple photos and emails and no response from both customer care and the branch.

i have been to the store the next day to do another purchase and spoke to the same cashier that served me the day before and explained what happened and this cashier was not interested in hearing my complaints and also refused in getting me the manager saying that the manager is not available.
