Debonairs charge double

This is for my colleague she ordered a pizza and the price came to R200 when the driver pitched up with the order his card machine wasn't working properly so she paid with cash on that same day the money ended up going thru and the money was sent back to her account a few days later debonairs pulled of 200 rand again so the manager at laudium debonairs said she will speak to the boss and wanted bank statements and all kinds of things its gone 2 weeks now and still nothing has Been done I phoned the manager lady today she said I'm gonna phone you back in 10mins still no call back then when I try to phone she don't answer so now my colleague has paid 400 rand for a 200 rand order and no one seems to care the so how is debonairs gonna deal with such things before we take it further
