Debonairs' cashiers don't listen

This is now the 2nd time I ordered extra large pizza at Debonairs Virginia instore and I get only large pizza. I repeated the order 2x, and even asked the cashier for extra cheese.

We realised when we got home that the size doesn't match with what I am used to ordering.

Has Debonairs changed its size measurements of extra large to a large size? Is the large now medium size and medium now small? I don't even want to attempt to imagine what a small pizza's size would be - the size of a teacup's saucer?
