Debonairs Call centre horrible service

Tonight at 8.30 PM I called debonairs Athlone To place a phone order and was directed to the call centre. The lady took about 3 minutes to get my order for a triple decker and 2 small margaritas she then made it 2 large margaritas and needed to change it to 2 my order then disappeared.. no apology at all then taking my order down again I asked her to change it to kromboom for pick up and not Athlone as I already passed Athlone and I am stil on the phone with her . She then changed it and said my order disappeared again after giving the order again no apology no phone courtesy nothing she was very flat and saying just wait I must fix this not communicating at all. After 7 minutes I hung up the phone because she was busy in the back but not keeping me updated, she then called back and my husband asked her what took so long and she blamed it on me saying no I’m the one changing the order all the time which was not the case as she was on speaker the entire time and my husband heard our conversation how she kept me waiting and she was not sorry about it at all not delivering good customer service at all but blaming the customer we then ended up ending the call as we were already at debonairs and yet couldn’t get it right to place a phone order via the call center. I am a customer service manager myself and all I can say is I am disgusted if you listen to the call recording you will understand very very bad service received tonight from debonairs and I feel so disappointed because we always buy pizza at debonairs. This experience will definitely make me think twice. I am sitting outside of debonairs now waiting for my order writing this review because I can’t believe I would receive such service from debonairs
