Debonairs Call Centre
<p>I hate, HATE the new debonairs call centre. Why not turn your company into mindless robots.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is inconvenient as I have developed relationships with the Staff at my local branch and without having to tell them who I am, what my number is or where I live, they would already know who I was speaking to. A call that usually takes me one minute just took me 5 minutes of frustration. Even upon request to rather be put through to the branch, my request was declined. They ended up delivering and parts of the order were missing.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thumbs down on this Debonairs. Your new system sucks!</p>
