Debonairs Broadway DBN North

Hi All, 29/07/2023 cashiers tried my bank card 7 times; the purchase was not successful. I ended up paying cash for my pizza, Mr Patrick Adam who said he is a shop owner, assured me if my account is debited, he will refund me. My account was debited for a total amount of R648.80, I have sent him a bank statement as a proof. He keeps on promising that money will be paid back to my account until today I have not received my money and when I phone him now he is not answering.
