Debonairs bridge city online orders

I am not happy with the service I get at Debonairs Pizza Bridge city branch. I called placed an order and was told to use my name or contact number as my reference only to find out when I get there that the Order was not received. This is 2nd time calling to order and when I collect I have to wait. This is not professional as I call because I don’t want to wait but that’s not considered. Why must we waste our time and money calling if we won’t get what we want on time? I’m so angry right now because I’m a mom who is supposed to be at home with supper for my family but I’m waiting at the branch.
