Debonairs Braamfontein a place of no service delivery and unfaithfull stuff

I orderd pizza on Saturday afternoon after receiving unexpected visitors, I reside in Hillbrow just 10 minutes away from Debonairs Braamfontein, the order was processed at 15:29 and a confirmation sms was sent to me, i waited until 16:15 then i called to track down my order, i was told that my order is ready just waiting for a delivery guy, they told me that they just had a high volume of deliveries of which I understood, i called again around 16:35 to track my order, i was told that my order had already left the store it should get to me any minute from then. I waited and waited trying to entertain my vistors, i called in at 17:30 to say i still received my order, the person assisting me said i should hang up, she wants to call the driver and find out where he is she will get back to me of which she never did, my visitors had to leave at 18:00 without eating when my order was processed at 15:29. I called in again at 18:05 to ask if the pizzas will come? I was told i will be called back, they are checking with the driver again, i was never called, the driver kept calling me telling me he is on the way, he is almost there, ********** 639 is the driver’s number, i called him back numerous times but still he kept telling me he’s almost here, he called me at 19:02 to tell me he is outside, i went there and took the slip and captured it, took the pizza and said thanks, he said I should pay for the pizza, i told him that Debonairs says it’s black, it’s free. He was giving me cold pizza, he forcefully took the pizza away from me and i gave him the slip/receipt , he drove back to the store, funny how the store called me after 10 minutes to say the delivery guy came back with the pizza and they wanted to know why but they never returned my calls like they promised. It took the driver 10 minutes to go back to the store but took the driver over 3 hours to deliver to my place. I explained the whole story to them and that i was given a cold pizza which I waited hours for, i was told that i will be given a free pizza, even today i still haven’t received it. They make false promises in order to close the customers mouth, they never returned the calls line they promised, the never brought the free pizza like they promised, i had to sleep hungry because of them and thier false promises, they just gave me false hope that i will be receiving food. That was the worst treatment i ever received, they do false advertising saying if it’s black it’s free, it’s all a lie, they don’t give at all, even if they called you and promised, they never do
