Debonairs Bluff towers cheats their clients

I ordered for delivery on the 30th of November. DEBONAIRS PIZZA BLUFF TOWERS.

On the 30th of NOVEMBER I placed an order for a pizza with EXTRA CREAM CHEESE. The extra creame cheese was paid for but was never added. I received the order and while I was busy with something my kids took a slice each when i went to take my own I noticed there was no extra cheese cheese of which immediately after I noticed I called debonairs store bluff. I spoke to a lady about my situation and I asked her to double check with the kitchen stAff if they did put extra cheese. She did the she told me they must of forgot I then told her since i already ate 2 slices can i please have another pizza with my cream cheese , I dont mind even if it comes aS 6 slices t. She then asked me to speak to her manager her name was SNE Gumbi . Sne asked me to send a picture of the pizza on her whatsapp of which I did. She then rep**** and said there is enough cheese. I told her there isnt can she also confirm with the kitchen staff. She refused and told me they have done alot of orders for the day I told her I just ordered she still refused. I sent her a voice note saying the box is not even messy from the cream cheese which proves it was not enough. The she texted back and asked how many slices are left which she later deleted but it shows on my whatsapp I will attach proof of our convos.
