Debonairs Blue hills poor service

Debonairs Pizza Blue Hills, I don't even know where to start. My experience with that store is so bad that l sometimes ask myself why is it still there because Wow!! the service there is amazingly poor! Most of the times I choose not to complain but that store is really failing us. My last straw was today when I ordered my pizza at around 6:30pm and it arrived at 9:00pm, cold and dry during load shedding🙄On top of that driver did not have a speed point and I opted to pay with card. We had debate on how do we move forward. The call center is not too helpful because I called about 2 times, ended up calling customer care out of frastration. That store needs serious intervention.
