Debonairs blue hills in Midrand

I placed an order at Debonairs blue hills shopping center, the order was placed at 19:39 and at 21:17 I was still waiting for my order after calling more than 3 times to check on my order and they said the driver was on his way so I waited at the gate and still I had to call the store to check how far the driver is.

Aside from the driver coming late I was shocked at the unfrofessionalsm of the two ladies I spoke to when I called? I had to continously repeat what I was saying and then she asked me to hold on to check I thought this was a joke) she carried on chatting to her colleagues and taking other calls as she had me holding the line.

I have been a Debonairs customer for so long and I must say I was very disappointed with the service I received on this particular night hence am placing this complaint. Am disappointed at the lack of professionalism customer service I received.
