Debonairs Blue Hills

I ordered pizza and BBQ chicken wings from Debonair Blue hills and had the worst delivery service. The driver came late, resulting in my food being cold. I asked for the driver to come with a card machine for me to pay by card and he did not, well I managed to do a cash send to the driver. Opening the box of pizza and wings, the food was obviously cold but that is not what sent me to the pits, their wings were nothing like BBQ chicken wings, tasted horrible. Logged my complaint through a social media app, they responded for my contacts. After giving them my contacts a consultant from the specific branch calls me on a Sunday evening after 7pm. I politely asked that they call during working hours and I've never heard a word from them. When contacting debonairs on Twitter they just keeping saying they will get someone to contact me... Gosh Debonairs we are paying for the food and not running a charity case. Value for money is important for some of us, your customers service is just as bad. Do better
