Debonairs Beach Front is BOSS

My daughter placed an order on the Debonairs website but mistakenly placed it on the wrong store (Beach Front Quigney instead of Express Southernwood).

I called their number upon realizing this error and asked to cancel it, the switchboard lady said she'd cancel it. A couple of minutes later, my daughter received a call from the store saying they couldn't cancel it as it was already paid online and it had already been prepared. I got frustrated and maybe came off with an agitated tone. However the lady that called was extremely calm and very courteous. She offered to have it delivered to us. Such a pity I did not get her name, because she deserves to be praised. After the call I kicked myself for taking my frustration out on her, but she was amazing. Great customer service indeed.
