Debonairs bad service experience

On Sunday I sent Debonairs Pizza official Facebook profile an incident pointing out my experience of ordering in the Soweto Dube restaurant, and it went as follows: Good evening, I’m deeply frustrated with the service I got at your Soweto Dube branch. I placed an order on my app. Was called by the delivery guy because he couldn’t find my address, I directed him and asked if he’d call me when his nearer to the address and he abruptly responded by saying has no phone, I then suggested to wait outside for him. On his arrival the red dot had turned black so I made him aware and he refused to entertain my concern. With that kind of service I paid using 200 and was not going to tip him as I was not happy with the way he was treating me, he then took the money and told me he has no change as he drove away. It’s really sad because I’m a very loyal client and constantly make orders wherever I am. But it seems your employees are not trained to give good customer service. That man treated me like I was not paying for this order. And it’s disappointing really.? They responded by saying they’d look in to the matter. A week later no feedback from them. Goes to show that they’re not bothered by the service they give us. I’m so disappointed.
