Debonairs Bad Service!

Last night, my family and I ordered an on the triple from Debonairs Berea! There was load shedding and we hadn't eaten. The order was accepted. A few minutes later we called and they confirmed that they were preparing it. About an hour later we tried to call them again only to be put on hold! Turns out they weren't making the pizzas afterall. Long story short, we all went to bed hungry because we did not prepare any food since the whole time we believed that Debonairs was preparing our pizza. This is simply unacceptable!! If you weren't going to make it why did you accept the order?! We could have made other plans. A 13 year old child went to bed without eating last night because of this!

The shocking thing is that this is the second time that this has happened! After reading several other reviews online, I discovered that there are other similar complaints where Debonairs accepts orders that for some reason they end up not delivering. Even more infuriating is the fact that they do not even call to inform you that they will not be making the order! Myself, my family and my close friends have taken the decision to NEVER order from Debonairs again!
