Debonairs bad service

Hello, Last week Friday I ordered pizza at debonairs online. I received a message that my order was not accepted by their store at trade Route And I should call the store. I called in spoke with ***x and was informed my order has been received, I asked ***x to confirm the order which was confirmed to me exactly what I ordered along with are they going to deliver. ***x informed me everything was fine they are working on it. This was around 6 in the evening, I waited for an hour and phoned back and was informed they are busy ND the order is being processed, my wife then called in to confirm again and was told that they will escalated the matter and we would receive our order.we haven't received the order nor any feedback from the store the food was not delivered and we had to resort to an alternative And bought food else where at 9 in the evening Which was wrong as we had kids over and they were hungry and they waited for more then 3 hours, debonairs couldn't even inform us that they were not able to process the order so we had to resort to an alternative
