Debonairs bad service

I was at Evaton mall debonairs today to make a delivery order, hence the app was off line, the service I have received from Lloyd the manager it was so unacceptable. On the app it said that the delivery it is for free yet he says I must pay R50 for delivery and I told him that I do not have hence on my app it states free delivery. He told me that that's how it is on the app but they explain to the customers when they call to confirm the delivery address. Then he say he will place the order they will deliver hence I did not know about the fee. Whe I was on my way to Midrand I have received a call from the delivery guy to say I must pay R20 for delivery, I explained to him that I am ordering for kids and Lloyd the manager says he will do the order without me paying the delivery. The order was place at 11:04:01 when I checked with the children at 11:30 to see if I was delivered hence it the same location, it was not. I call the delivery guy continue to tell me about the delivery fee. I had to go back to Evaton Mall where else I was on my way to Midrand. Guess what when I arrive the manager was chilled having no worries yet my kids are hungry. When I had argument with him for cancelation of the order it is when the delivery guy came from the back with my order and he wanted to give it to me even though I told them that I am heading to Midrand I am already late hence I requested for delivery. I do not see myself using debonair services.
