Debonairs bad pizza

I ordered pizza on the 06th of September, the pizza tasted horrible and the presentation was bad, i wrote them an email with pictures, till today, they have not responded, they don't even care about their customers because if they cared they would have responded to my email, pity i couldn't take the pizza. What a waste of money.
