Debonairs awful service!!!

Worst experience with Debonairs Port Shepstone. Order a pizza for delivery they sent the wrong order, reported it on Twitter on 17/07/20 and was told it will be escalated. 2 weeks later I order again and they bring a a dead death by chocolate cake this time I sent everything back and reported the incident again same twitter account this again on Monday this week and was told it will be escalated again until today no one has bothered to contact me. Maybe it takes a month to resolve a case. shame, such distasteful service from them!!
