Debonairs .. are you guys ****ming people ?

Today Debonairs gets 1 star. I made an order on the 15 order number #***6 at 18:08pm. This order went off my bank account and i got a sms saying that that it would be reversed. It came back with a failure saying timeout. I then got a sms saying it would be reversed in 5 days. Its been 2 weeks it was not reversed.

Soon after that at 20:13pm on the 15th April order #***5 was placed that went off and was fulfilled.

However I have not received the money back. I have contacted debonairs via email, i used the app and i made telephone calls to Famous brands who said i would get a email i could reply to with my proof i paid for the order and it was deducted and not refunded. I called the branch and everyone i talk to is giving me a hard time ..

If its not refunded or fulfilled by order it was the same order as the one placed at 20:13pm 1x sweet and sour rib and 1x spicey chicken and 2x dragon drinks..

You guys can either refund the amount or you can fullfill the order tonight .. 28 April 2023
