Debonairs are a ****!!!

On the 4th of October 2022, I ordered the Lunch Vibes promo from Debonairs Pizza Engen Ikwezi N2. The order was made at 18H48pm and arrived almost 2 hours later. The store did not even bother to call and let us know that they will be delayed. I had to call and find out what's going on only to be told that they were waiting for their delivery guy to come collect. As if that was not enough, they brought the wrong order, instead of 3 pizzas, there were 2 and a dessert i didn't order. I told the delivery guy over the phone that the order was wrong. He said to call the store which i did and there was no answer.

I called the store again the following day. No answer. I then went online (on my App), the agent who chatted to me said he can't help as he deals with order queries. He said he would escalate to the relevant department for complaints and they would call me. Until this day, no one from Debonairs has called me. They are a **** who **** people and provide a very poor service to their clients. To say I am disappointed would be an understatement, I am disgusted. My kids were waiting for that pizza and had to sleep hungry
